Processing Time
All items are made to order. Production typically takes between 3–10 business days, depending on order volume and printing schedules. These timelines are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Time
Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available). Delivery timelines provided by carriers are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. EngraTarot is not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, EngraTarot is not liable for delays, loss, or theft during transit. If an issue occurs, contact me and I will assist where possible, but I cannot guarantee replacements for carrier-related problems.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact me within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will review the situation and determine the best solution.

Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in item or shipping costs.
